The Berkshire Bank’s Announces New Assistant Manager for its Washington Heights Branch

The Berkshire Bank is pleased to announce that Avram J. Gutmann, a lifelong resident of the Washington Heights community has been named Assistant Branch Manager and Vice President for The Berkshire Bank.   Mr. Gutmann brings with him a distinguished career in banking spanning over 25 years with such institutions as U & B Bank and Trust Company and more than 10 years experience at The Berkshire Bank.  Mr. Gutmann was born and raised in the Washington Heights area, a place he enjoyed so much that he chose to raise his own family there.
