To take advantage of our online banking services you must first have a BerkOnline®, online banking account. To sign up to BerkOnline®, simply print and complete the BerkOnline® Application and Agreement forms and return both to your branch for processing. (You will need to download Adobe Reader to open and print these forms).
Bank to Bank Transfers
Bank to Bank Transfers from BerkOnline® is a free and convenient way to transfer funds between your Berkshire Bank checking account and those you maintain at other U.S. banking institutions with identical titles. With a BerkOnline® account you can order personal checks that match your passion. Look for offers of check printing, check accessories, business cards and stationery, forms, and other products for every customer. You can order your Clarke American checks online through BerkOnline®, our online banking system, or you may contact your local branch and they can order the checks for you.

Automatic E-mail Alerts
As a BerkOnline® customer you can choose to receive automatic email alerts, tailored to your needs. Reduce the time you spend online checking your bank account by setting up your online accounts to do the work for you. BerkOnline® email alerts can be programmed to email you when a wire is received in your account, when a Certificate of Deposit matures or even notify you of insufficient funds on your checking account.
