Welcome to The Berkshire Bank.  Continuing our long tradition of being "the Bank that puts your interest first," here are our year end results for 2008.  Throughout the past year, The Berkshire Bank offered new accounts tailored towards the current ever changing environment, celebrated its 20th Year Anniversary, and further enhanced our online banking system, BerkOnline®.

Currently, the market is constantly changing.  The Berkshire Bank has offered exciting products which allow customers to utilize the current increase in FDIC insurance to $250,000.  These include CD promotions, Bump up CDs, Come Back campaigns, Better Business Checking, and Blue Ribbon Plus specials.  As economic times continue to change rapidly, The Berkshire Bank will continue to offer products and services that change with the market conditions.

From the Summer of 2008 to the Spring of 2009, The Berkshire Bank celebrated its 20th Year Anniversary.  Founded in 1989 on one basic principal, to be "the Bank that puts your interest first," we celebrated our 20th Year Anniversary with raffles, account specials, and events.  These account specials included a 20th Anniversary CD and $20 for every 20th account opened.  The Grand Prize raffle consisted of three drawings with three first place winners receiving grand prizes of $2,020.  The Bank also hosted customer appreciation events where clients were invited to the branches to meet the President and CEO along with other memebers of Senior Management.  At The Berkshire Bank, our clients are more than just an account number.
