The Berkshire Bank is pleased to announce the hiring of Cindy Beth Balsam, who will coordinate the business development actives in the Bank’s twelve branches providing them with valuable branch coordination, planning and sales support. Ms. Balsam holds a Bachelor of Arts from the New York University Stern School of Business and a Master of Business Administration from Fordham University.  She also has extensive management consulting experience from a prominent accounting and consulting firm where she provided business process improvement and project management skills to her clients.
